• TecButler does not warrant that:

• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;

• defects will be corrected;

• the platform will be secure;

• files or data will be preserved or recoverable;

• AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TecButler and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• loss of profits;

• loss of revenue;

• loss of data;

• business interruption;

• reputational harm;

• system failures;

• procurement of substitute services.

This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

In no event shall TecButler's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to TecButler during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TecButler, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the platform;

• your User Content;

• your violation of these Terms;
